If you are a professional artist and are interested in opening up your studio to the public as part of the 2013 Boise Open Studios Tour event —
please complete and submit the 2013 BOSCO New Member Application

You will be asked to submit the following (this is a preview, do not submit anything in reply to this post):
- Five to ten images of your best work created within the last 3 years, submitted by email ***We need these submitted in a very specific manner, please refer to the application***
- Image list with thumbnails, title, medium, size, and year of work. Photo credits if applicable.
- An up-to-date artist’s resume
- An artist’s statement
- Completed application
- Non-refundable $25 application fee submitted by mail
DEADLINE: emailed no later than March 31, check postmarked by March 30.
Accepted applicants will be notified by May 1st with fees due on June 1.
Participating Artist Member ($80 annually) must be a resident of the greater Boise area currently working in the visual arts. PAMs in good standing have the right to attend meetings, vote on BOSCO issues, and participate in the Open Studios Weekend and other events.
Supporting Artist Member ($50 annually) must be a resident of the greater Boise area currently working in the visual arts, as well. SAMs in good standing have the right to attend meetings, vote on BOSCO issues, but will not participate in the open studios event. However, they are encouraged to enter a piece in the open studios reception event or one other BOSCO group exhibition.
Student Member ($40 annually) available to currently registered full-time college students, or current year spring graduates. Must provide copy of current semester’s 12-credit class schedule. This membership level receives the same benefits as Participating members.
Artist members have the option of participating in the Open Studios event from year to year but must participate in at least one group event over a 2 year period. Two years of non participation will lead to loss of membership and the need to reapply in the future. Former members will be subject to same application process as new members.
